HI. As I was reading, I thought RAM. Make sure: RAM is seated properly, that all connections are good, and that internal cards, HDD's etc. are properly seated too. If still buggy, if you have spare RAM, try swapping it with RAM in tower. Obviously CD's/DVD's are getting burned poorly, hence the pic/audio choppiness on another piece of hardware. I'm quite sure there are sites out there that have descriptions of behaviour, of the latest viruses/bugs/worms. I'm assuming you can still go online. (you got here!) Cheers,
