The new vendor review page seems more like a blog or an op ed page than a real review. I would hate to think that someone would take the dis-recommendations seriously enough not to use the vendors, especially for some of the petty reasons included in the review. I think that following the advice on this page would make the ownership of a Vanagon more difficult and less rewarding, especially based on the very personal recommendation criteria. Dis-recommending Ken for religious references on his site? Why deprive yourself of his good business over that? Same with Bus Boys. Old school? So is the VW dealer. Who cares? The issue is whether they help you get the part you need. Bus Depot too slow and mistake-ridden? Not by me. Makes me question the recommendations as well. As Chris said earlier, only with a system of wider input could you have anything more meaningful.
