I thinks it's similar to what you quoted below.
I found that levering the plastic bushing up with flat
blade screw driver worked for me.
The whole switch/tumbler assembly comes off as a unit,
so if you're just parting out the van, you could put
off drilling for now I imagine. Besides. Does it not
make sense to keep ignition assembly as a complete
unit? Just my .02
I don't have any images, am not certain wherer to
drill, and am not near my Bentley. Regardless, it
should have images of drill points.
