Hi Zoltan,

A perfect solution for this is to visit your local thrift shop and pick up a $3 hot-air pocorn popper. They are usually rated for about 1000W and if you remove the deflector from the top they will blow the air straight upwards. Set it on the ground under the engine and it will be warmed up pretty quick.

They can also be used to preheat the interior in cold weather if you don't want to leave the vehicle sitting in the driveway with the engine running. Just don't blame me if you want to go to the movies afterwards.
