Hi Syd,

It could have been worse... It isn't that hard to imagine a set of circumstances where a lack of horn, lights and a bald tire might lead to that cop greeting your wife at the door late on night....

If you didn't get a moving violation, I'd call that a good day. I'm pretty sure that around here they can tow your ride for having three deficiencies.
