Karl's instructions are right on. I might add that some of us use small hose clamps there. I do. Preferred are those uniform clamp pressure types rather than the screw type clamp. The former requires a special tool to install, the latter does not, and the screw type may eventually leak becasue of the uneven pressure and cutting into the hose.
