Roger,

Yeah, those parts look nice.

But do the parts like the starter, fuel pressure regulator, and power
steering pump work really well or do they just look really good while
being of dubious operational condition?  In other words, have they been
tested?  If so, what are the results?

POR doesn't make anything work.
