in vic's defense, i personally have dealt with him before, talked to him on
the phone a few times, and even bought stuff from him.. he has always been very
helpful, and honest when i dealt with him..

that said, if i was in the market for a euro model doka, knowing that id have
the responsibility of getting it legally titled, then i'd probably buy one
from him.  save yourself the $ of the boat ride over, as theyre already here..
from what ive seen of his inventory, the trucks look pretty solid, and are in
some of the more interesting colors than the canadian models came in..
