Subject: Broke my van, need parts
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

Hi Folks,

Well I've done it this time. Doing an upper control arm bushing replace on my 91 Vanagon, I twisted the nut off the long bolt (251 407 053a) that goes through the bushings and pivots the wishbone on the frame.

If anyone is parting out a Vanagon, any year, that doesn't need the front suspension in place please let me know offline. I'd be happy to pay for the labor involved in extracting this bolt as well as the parts. I could use the nut and washers too.

Thanks, John Meeks
