Subject: Thoughts on paint protection
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

Hi All,

The summer before last I had my van repainted and the nose is now showing various stone chips. I've taken the van on some extended trips on gravel roads so I'm not really that surprised. I do put a front bra on the van whenever possible, but due to rain etc. it does not reside on there full time so chips happen.

I was thinking about getting the nose repainted (from the seams inwards) and investing in one of those paint protection films. Any thoughts? Anyone know the square footage of the vanagon front paint?

Chris
