great customer service. i had a pair of thier Newport sandals start to
come unglued after a month of standing in rivers in wyoming.  took them
back to the store after 5 months of wearing them and they just gave me a
new pair after looking at them for 2 minutes.  i guess it helps that the
guy working the store has a 75 camper that we chat about every once in a
while :).
