Andy, You may be venting in cold air from outside. Here's the lever arrangement I use: Top 2 levers all the way to the right 3rd lever all the way to the left Bottom lever all the way to the right

Check your rear heater (under the bench) to see if the valve is open. With the rear fan on, that pup can put out some serious HEAT!! -- John Meeks
