Uh, it means that it hasn't been used very much as a city water valve in the three years it's been installed (it has been used much more on the 12v side, but that's working fine).

I feel I should expect more from a product that has been used so little.

Is anyone else having similar problems, and if so, is there something I should be doing to solve it--is it worth taking apart and messing with?
