Traction is a different story! well just a data point for traction here,sorry if this degrades into a tire thread :) last month i asked about snows for the van most said nokia cs/cq so I talked to Ryan at Tiresbyweb he said realy the only issue with the vancowinter was short tread life so at 1/2 price of the nokia I thought I just get 2 for 1 if req, Monday I was straight to OK tire to put my brand new VancoWinters on... it was like night and day compared to the michlin ltx 1/2 tread left I tested in unplowed parking lot over a 12" with ridged ice just plowed on through then I tried just running down the unplowed areas at the side of the road thought for sure I was gonna have to rock my self out but no just powered over it then i tried emergency stops & just a dead straight as long as i pump a bit to not lock em up so a hats for for the vasncowinter from conti
