NAPA and other FLAPS sell thick, absorbent paper sheets for soaking up oil. In my driveway, I put down enough sheets to cover the spill and soak the sheets with kerosene. The kerosene helps release the oil from the cement and it transfers to the paper. Sometimes another application and some scrubbing is necessary, for oil leaks from diesels, for example. The kerosene eventually evaporates leaving a fairly clean spot. Gasoline can also be used to speed up the process but it evaporates faster so more applications are necessary.
