What I understand is to the contrary....the older fuel systems would NOT run well on the new ULSD, and VW opted to wait until 2008 to bring out an completely new fuel system that would work better with ULSD. Diesel bubbas, what do you say? BTW, we now have the ULSD here in Florida.
