Karl,
I rescued the Syncro from the crusher.
You were right, he was ready to haul it off today.
I will grab it later in the week and get it back to my shop and take a close look at it.
Sounds like a few front suspension pieces may not be there but I have a couple of parts vans to complete the drivetrain.
Not sure what will happen to this van, restore or part, but it will be with others like it for the winter.
