              R/F running light/flasher dont flash when lights are on but do
              flash when no light on ??

My right front running light/flasher's bulb socket rusted out because the
lens was leaking water
I got a new lens & bulb socket switched it out check edthe flasher (with
light off) worked great
But last night I noticed that when the lights are on neither left/right
front flashers work
the rears flashers work when light are off or on ??
I am thinking they must never of worked before and I never noticed ...

Any one ever seen this ?
