I'd look at it this way... presumably grading papers is a priority- however that can be done after dark, inside. Warmth and daylight are for other things. On the other hand, I've done several Vgon jobs inside so you gotta be careful not to get carried away. : ) Schedule yourself an hour (or two) a day with the Vgon and stick to it and you'll be surprised how far you get.
