As far as cost. well, 100 more! or less, it's the finish product that count in my case.

Some say that black will be very hot in summer time but hey, i'm in Canada, we have only one month of 95+ temp. But your are right about keeping it clean....

Ben ps.: which spray gun are you using? lately i'm using (for base and clear) an expensive (900$) Sata RP Digital2 1.3, and i'm not impress with this one.... the paint, mostly the base coat make kind of a molty look, kind of rough, my cheap china made 200$ gun work way better. I have red all the troubleshoot solution and i still have that problem. it look like the paint dry before it touch the van. Clear i less a problem. Also, at the bottom of the spay pattern, it shoot more paint.... it's only a few month old... well clean after each job. Anyway, if you have any comments, please p-mail me.
