Welcome to Santa Clara County, home of three major Universities.

You live near one, I live next to another, and there is one somewhere in the middle. I am sure you are going to find Palo Alto a most pleasant place to live.

Most bone yards are not in PA itself but in the slums of San Jose. There is one as you drive down 101 into San Jose, turning off at Old Oakland Road, heading north for a block then hanging a right onto commercial street. The pick and pull is about a mile down this street.

There is also a P&P on Monterey Highway, just south of SJ central. Take 280 to the Guadaloupe (87), head south, take the first exit (Alma) and head east. You'll run into Monterey (At Southern Lumber). Turn right and the P&P is on the right.

Last one I know about is on Tradewinds Blvd. Take 101 to 880, head north till youi get to Montegue Expressway. Head east. You'll run into TW Blvd on the right. It's right past Old Oakland Road. Go down about a half mile and it's on the left.

-- Where ever you are, there you be. Unless you're driving my van, in which case, you ain't got there yet.
