Subject: Fuel Starved ?

Think it has something to do with fuel pump or filter maybe getting wet. Happend last 2 times it has rained. 91 AT Carat.

Van starts right up and runs fine first 10 seconds then gets lower RPM unitl about 60 seconds where it finally dies.

If I try to drive it acts starved for gas and will die.

Replaced fuel filter not to long ago. Fuel pump has a bussing sound coming from it and appears to be working fine.

Any help would be great as it is stranded right now at a police station of all places...wonder how they are gonna take it when i show up with my tools!
