I get a kick out of Go Westy's descriptions: "We paid $7500 for this one, and have marked it up only 5%! The rest of price listed is for the restoration work." They make it sound like they're only making 5% on the deal. They do all the restoration work themselves and can invoice themselves for however much they want. But the only "mark it up" 5%... Actually, it's a pretty good marketing ploy.
