I don't know Jim, I probably woulda changed the British to French. I think
of all the wonderful Starett micrometers, Merlin Engines, the Weddle jet
engine, the train, etc, that were all British inventions, not to mention the
vaccination we all get today. :-) On the other hand, the French invented
Renaults, Moraine planes, the horrible Chatterault Machine gun they pawned
off on the poor Americans in WW1, etc. :-) But they DID invent champagne!
