Subject: bubble in master cylinder?

folks, i just replaced my brake master cylinder. i have done about 30 of these in my life and have never had issues like this one. It seems there is bubble in the MC and just won't go away. when you press the brake you can hear a sweek, like fluid or passing a seal or a bubble. This is a NEW ATE Master cylinder.

I bench bled it prior to install and then bled it with a pressure bleeder and then had my wife pump the brakes while i bled it again. The bus stups but not till the pedal is almost at the floor.

Ideas? would rather NOT take it off and put on another new one....

Thanks mp
