I was in upstate NY years ago on some highway and someone in another lane was driving with their high beams on behind a tractor trailer rig (cab only-no trailer hooked up) and the truck driver switched on his back up hig powered driving lights. So you get it, all the traffic behind the truck was immediatly and unexpectedly blinded. Kind of precarious.

And while there were no casualties--neither the offender or the innocents-- I would say if we loose a few good people in our efforts to rid the world of the selfish and dumb, so be it.

And, yes, I'm kidding about the last part.....kind of.
