My boss complained about the exact same thing for years, both in his big Chevy Express van, and later in the Sprinter he replaced it with. I notice similar behavior in the Vanagon. I don't think people can't see us, I think they are behaving not-so-passively aggressive because they don't like large vehicles. I think they are irritated by a combination of us driving a little slower, and not being able to see over us.
