Actually, the first to convert a Tiptronik for the Vanagon was "Schubert
Fahrzeugtechnik" (out of businnes, in jail), HA-Project followed shortly
after Schubert.
And (I think) the third one to convert a tiptronik with the V6 TDI was

David from Fastforward has not used an audi tranny (yet?!), AFAIK.
