Just Kampers discontinued that kit years ago. They were not the metal South African bumpers but plastic ones of their own design. The rocker panel skirts ("sill" is the British term for "rocker panel") were also of their own design, and the spoiler was genuine VW. (We still sell the spoiler separately.) The idea was to replicate the later model "Carat" look on an earlier Vanagon for less than the thousands of dollars(!!) that VW gets if you try to buy all of the required genuine parts piecemeal. I imported a few of them at the time, but the reception was lukewarm at the $800 or so U.S. price (plus a high shipping cost due to the size of the box). They were cheap compared to the VW alternative, but the bumpers were flimsier. Just Kampers recently came out with a new version, but as I recall the price has more than doubled (and it no longer comes with side skirts).
