its prolly mildew stain from your seats getting wet years ago.. dont worry about it.. if you spray all kinds of cleaners on the foam, it will break the foam down, and it will start to disintegrate..and then you'll be taking the seats apart in a year again.. if you rinse the foam out, just be prepared to let them dry for a week or more.. that foam takes foever to dry..

youve washed the covers.. thats the best you can do.. i wouldnt worry about the color of the foam.. just consider yourself lucky that the foam isnt cracked or disintegrating...
