The lug wrench is a foot long. If you are 135 lbs and you step on the end, you would get the right torque. Now, if you are not of the above mentioned weight, you must adjust a little. Either jump on it harder if you are lighter or just put one leg on it with some authority. If you have a torque wrench, you can practice it to find the best result. It is better than the wild machine gun style garage inpact wrench, that never comes off with any normal method, othen than similar impact wrench kind.
