Subject: Artists arn't writers
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ascii

Writing for most of us is a craft, perhaps a few writers could be considered artists of their craft. Artist's, if they could express themselves entirely thru writing probably would not be artist. Artists arn't writers, but an individual person could be both a writer and an artist. More interesting to me, artist and engineer, said to be two different archetypes, but I have never thought this had to be the case. On the other hand the average engineer is no more an artist than a grammarian is a writer. ----- Original Message ---- From: Nathaniel Poole <npoole@TELUS.NET> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Monday, December 25, 2006 5:00:21 PM Subject: Re: Writers aren't artists That's how it's pronounced after a stint in the Royal Albert :) On 12/25/06 1:21 PM, "George Thorburn" <thorgk@ACCESSCOMM.CA> wrote: >>> Established 1738, Incorporated 1873.
