I don't HAVE to light the bulbs on the van?  It's legal to NOT light the
actual vehicle lights?  Can I just mount generic trailer lights to my rear
bumper, wire and go?  Just in back?

Anybody know about height and width requirements/restrictions?  I'm planning
to put a 2nd set of lights on an 8' wide bar on my roofrack-it's the only
way I'll be able to see the Van tracking behind me.  I'm willing to put some
effort into this to make it good, as I'm going to go about 3000 miles.

Oh, all four wheels on the ground.
