If hidden damage is found ANY shop is able to go back to the Insurance Co. and submit a supplement claim for the additional parts and labor, this happens ALL the time. I would choose the shop that you are most comfortable with, ask around and get some reccomendations in your area. It is your vehicle and you have final say as to who works on it. While you are at it take a close look at their estimate to see if the adjuster called for non-OEM parts. If you see something like "LKQ"(stand for Like Kind & Quality) next to any parts needed for the repair they are using aftermarket parts which will not be as good as the OEM ones. The Insurance Co. will quote their contract that you signed when you took out the policy that allows them to do this but if you protest long and loud enough they will usually give in and use OEM parts. There may not be any LKQ parts for your vehicle but just in case you need to watch for them.
