Assuming stock speakers: Remove window winder. Remove door pull handle. Remove door latch stuff. (One screw under the plastic piece that pops out with a small screwdriver.) Remove door panel. Unscrew speaker retainer from speaker surround. Remove speaker. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Other side? Lather, rinse, repeat.
