I recommend a small, oblong one that says "DirecTV" on it. : )

My suggestion is to go to Radio Shack and buy a portable signal amplifier/antenna they sell for small portable TVs. It works great and will do the trick.

The LCD TV has an adapter for cable, DVD and game players. However, the telescoping antenna is not exactly efficient in pulling in signals. So, I guess I need to find some sort of TV antenna for the Westy (perhaps an amplified one?).

Any suggestions?

Rick, I'm using one of these > _Boomerang Antennas_ (http://www.wintenna.com/boomerangs.htm) I have the magnetic mount one, un-amplified. Works well, however I would recommend the amplified version after having seen both in action.
