Makes sense. Anybody ever do a conversion? What about using copper tubing, as is made for ice maker installation and the like, for vacuum lines? You'd still have to have pieces of rubber tube at the ends, but the tees could be done with compression fittings, or, why not, just solder the whole thing together. I'll bet some enterprising online vendor could come up with a gas line replacement kit, too...hint... |
