The only serious long trip break down we have had on our '85 Westfalia was last summer when the rivets that hold the cam gear to the cam failed, this caused all sorts of problems and did require lots of work ($$$) to repair. On other trips we have had minor problems with starter motors acting up, but nothing that a push start could not fix. George, '85 Westfalia |
