Anybody remember the days when you bought a new VW and you were automatically subscribed to VWoA's magazine called "Small World" (or was it "Small Wonder", hell I can't remember!)? I remember reading a story in there about a couple getting stranded in a snow storm on an interstate in their Westy. The next morning when they woke up, there were cars all around them, the owners having slept in them overnight. The story went on to say that crowd gathered around their Westy when they started frying bacon on the stove. I knew after reading that story that I was going to own a Westy someday (or 7 or 8).
