I am using a digitool.
Reading at the tool is 1.50 for the Oxygen sensor and steady when cold and moving between .8-1.7 when warmer.  
At the oxygen sensor wire it is between 0.2-0.9.  I even checked it at the outgoing wire that goes to the ECU, same.  
Why does the tool tells me different and being steady?
Anyone?
