Subject: Dreaded Tire Thread Question
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; delsp=yes; format=flowed

I was at Costco this am having my Michelin LTX M & S tires (43,000 + miles) rotated, balanced, & slow leak in 1 fixed, as part of the original price of the tires, as part of getting ready for the 1200 mile RT to BBB IX, & I inquired about new Michelin Aqillis tires during their Michelin tire sale coming up next week.

They quoted moi $128 a tire less the $60 sale discount for 4 tires, & said they were available for this sale. Price includes life time road hazard, rotation, balancing, etc. in the price, but not taxes. Seems like a good deal to moi?

Is that a reasonable price, best tire out there, considering the tire, access to Costco's service around the country, etc????

Tom B.-sorry about raising the dreaded tire thread
