bad idea. slathering copious amounts of that tar sh*t under your van and in the wheelwells will MAKE YOUR VAN RUST. over a short period of time it will seperate from the metal causing pockets which will fill with dirt, salt, and water.

save the roofing tar for the holes in the shed roof.
