One can't prepare for everything and anything, but I've learned, like most or all on this list, to keep ahead of the maintenance, and carry proper tools and spare parts.

If it weren't for this (and others) lists, and their collective real life road experience, I likely wouldn't have learned about some crucial maintenance facts/tip. i.e. Replacing the failing rubber seal for the engine tin and purchasing a head temp gauge on my AC engine.

So, so far, no real big problems on the road. Except finding dry firewood in the spring.....
