Subject: Broken stud and plug
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

I had a big coolant leak on my 91. After installing a new water pump, I found out the leak was due to a missing soft plug (?) The plug is on the side of the head. I realized that the stud was broken off inside the head. I plan on taking off the head and getting to the stud and praying that there is no major damage elsewhere. I think I'll need a head gasket kit and push tube seal with the installation. Does anyone have experience with this?

Kevin
