Go to http://www.filefactory.com. Select the button "browse file" and select the file you want to share from off your computer. Hit the upload button.

When the file is uploaded you will be sent to a page with a unique URL that contains the file. Copy and give this URL to your friend and they can enter it in their browser. They must look for the line ³Download for free with FileFactory Basic², (buried in adverts) click on that, then look for the link "Click here to begin your download" and download it from there.

Easy as rotten pie.
