some people have done that to european models.. never seen that done to a canadian model, its pointless, as the canadian models are US DOT compliant other than the kph speedo and e-brake light which takes 5 seconds to replace.

anyway the red one looks to be kosher, just alot of tightwads out there who cant pony up the money for it..and yes it was on ebay a while back, sometime last yr. i saw it on there, and samba. owner relists it because nobody has come thru with the asking price...
