I have one of the Asian clones bought about year and a half ago, from CIP.
It worked flawlessly on the rear nuts and the crankshaft. Fit and finish
were really good. I am getting impressed with the quality of the stuff
coming out of China nowadays. Some of their factories are state of the art,
being built from scratch with modern technology. Ours are still being
cobbled together from leftovers of the 50's and 60's. I am a reloader, and I
KNOW Lyman is still using the original equipment from the 1920's to
manufacture their tools. :-( So who is really ahead? Now when it comes to
metallurgy, that might be a different thing.
