It looks like the anticipated Westy project(s) is about to take off. These are actually separate items on the lengthy To Do list, but access and overlap dictate that they be done together. We've never gotten the fridge to light on propane so we've been planning to remove it for cleaning and general troubleshooting. And since fixtures and appliances are being removed, we'll be doing Frank Condelli's sliding closet door mod, maybe reconfiguring the interior of some cabinets, and we'll definitely spend some time on the A/C, possibly converting to R-134. Soundproofing, insulating, rust inspection/treatment and general tweaking are also planned. The fridge removal was pretty easily accomplished in 40 minutes or so, but I won't be fooled by that. I know how these things can be. If there are things to consider at this stage, please don't hesitate to suggest them or remind me now of what not to overlook, and if anyone has converted an '87 full camper A/C system, we'd love to hear from you. Thanks! Stephen
