Got it, up and running, thank you Sudhir. It installed fine by clicking on
the icon in My Computer.  Wouldn't work from the other ways that I had
tried.
Info for those planning on this.  Follow the directions Sudhir has provided
in this thread, they work.  Don't be put off by several apparent error
messages that appear during installation, they apparenty make no difference
in the end.
And also be aware that not only can the download be long but the
installation also.
New for this version, at least in my install:  Some pricing information (I
assume this is reative but gives some ides) and I can print directly to the
printer, don't have to use a screen capture.

Now a question for Sudhir.  What do I burn to a CD/DVD in order to do an
install on another computer, primarily my laptop that goes with me when I
travel?
