Greetings, all.


I have a 1980 Vanagon Westy.  In early December the engine caught
fire.  I had my regular mechanic look at it, and most everything on
the top half of the engine is fried.  Most of that I can get replaced
without a big deal, but the wiring harness and the computer for the
fuel injection system are toast.  Does anyone have these parts for an
air-cooled Vanagon they would be willing to sell, or failing that,
have an air-cooled "parts" Vanagon they might want to get rid off?  I
am trying to decide if I can rebuild my van, or if I have to scrap it/
part it out.
